Online purchases

If you would like to cancel your order you are welcome to do so using the following procedure,

– A cancellation request must be submitted to info@bijoubaby.co.uk within 14 days of placing your order
– If your item has not yet been dispatched, your order will be cancelled and refund processed
– If your item has been dispatched you will need to wait for the item to arrive and follow the process for returns, a cost for shipping will be deducted from your refund,

If you would like to return your item(s) you are welcome to do so using the following procedure,

Car seats

– A return request must be submitted to info@bijoubaby.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order
– Your item must be returned to Bijou Baby in unused, as new condition in its original packaging and labels attached within 14 days of the return request being submitted
– You will need to print a return label
– A cost of £15 for shipping of the product will be deducted from the refund
– If you purchased a seat with a £30 discount code from an at home appointment, You will be refunded the amount you paid for the seat, this excludes the £30 paid for the appointment.

All car seats come with a 2-year fault warranty.

If your seat is within warranty and there is a fault with your product, it will be sent on to a service centre free of charge where it will be fixed or replaced as appropriate.

Avionaut offer an extended 10 year warranty which you can register for within 14 days of your purchase. You will require your order number / receipt number and the serial number of your seat to register your product.

Other items
– A return request must be submitted to info@bijoubaby.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order
– Your item must be returned to Bijou Baby in unused, as new condition in its original packaging and labels attached within 14 days of the return request being submitted
– You will need to print a return label
– A cost of £5 for shipping of the product will be deducted from the refund

In Person Purchases

Items that have been purchased face to face cannot be returned unless there is a fault.

Where there is fault, and your item is within warranty, your item will be assessed for repair or replacement.

Appointments

If you wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment you are welcome to do so using the following procedure,

– If your appointment is more than 24 hours away, please email info@bijoubaby.co.uk to cancel or reschedule your appointment
– If your appointment is within 24 hours, please call/text/whatsapp 07359373947 to cancel or reschedule your appointment
– If your appointment is a paid for service you will need to give at least 24 hours notice to receive a refund or reschedule free of charge
– If your appointment is a free service and you fail to show up without cancellation or notice, and you wish to book a new appointment after the fact, you will be required to pay a £15 deposit. This will be deducted from any purchase made at your new appointment, this will not be returned if your new appointment is cancelled, rescheduled within 24 hours or you fail to turn up
